Suka hati sbb apam kali ni pecah!! saje buat sbb nak balas bekas org bagi bubur...
kali ni buat guna tepung gandum cap bunga cempaka.. rm1.80 sekilo...1st time beli n guna...ok la.... apam ni saje buat kurangkan kaler...apa pun apam ni TIDAK DIJUAL!!.....buat utk suka2 aje
sis...kalau tak jual , bagi le resepi...nak cuba buat utk bekal adam kat taska

resepi apam ros :
300g gandum..250g gula..sikit air (200ml)..2bj telor..1sdt baking powder...1sdt ovalette
pastu ko pukul sekaligus seme ni dlm 3,4min je..
siap..ko devide la ikut kaler suka...tp lebih kan putih takpe...kukus 10min.
